Over the course of 9 months in 2020, Heart of Missouri CASA leadership completed the Inclusive Excellence for Business program through the Inclusive Impact Institute. This program is an initiative created to assist businesses and organizations in the development of inclusive environments by integrating inclusion and quality efforts. Heart of Missouri CASA formally signed and adopted the Principles of Community on September 9, 2020.
