Join us for a webinar on Thursday, February 15, 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, to learn about the new Prevention Planning Toolkit from the Child Abuse and Neglect Technical Assistance and Strategic Dissemination (CANTASD) Center. Child Maltreatment Prevention: A Planning Framework for Action, provides a comprehensive guide to prevention planning at state and local levels. It builds off tools developed and piloted in a partnership between Chapin Hall’s noted child abuse and neglect prevention researcher Deborah Daro and the states of South Carolina and Colorado and draws from a broad range of national work on planning for child and family services. Learn more about how the framework can support your prevention planning work and how you can engage in an ongoing process to continue to adapt and develop the tools in the toolkit based on the needs and priorities of the field.
We will also hear updates from the Center for the Study of Social Policy and the National Alliance of Children’s Trust and Prevention Funds about new resources and opportunities. Please note that this webinar is being held one week later than originally planned, due to a scheduling conflict. Register now to join us on February 15.
